CONTRACT
While contract employee will work at your location, they are still an employee of [name]. They are available both for long-term and short-term projects. From hiring, firing to workers compensation, we will handle everything all.
CONTRACT-TO-HIRE
This option gives you the opportunity to hire a candidate, but they will remain on our payroll for an extended time period they work for you. In case the candidate meets your expectations and would like to retain, then they can join your team. If otherwise, they leave at the end of the contract!
